Mondays   7:00pm-9:30 pm

Learn the basics of painting with Watercolors, Oil, Acrylics or Pastels. Composition, lighting and values are discussed. You’ll learn how to choose colors and how to apply them in layers using several techniques including palette knife. Each student works on their own artwork and at their own pace. You need to choose ONE of the four mediums. This will give you enough time to focus and to explore different types of paintings using that medium. We will work from still life setup or from a reference photo. You may choose landscape, seascape, floral, still life, figurative and/or portraits. Beginner as well as experienced painters are welcome.
